1. Who we are

Prox is run by JT Nuns, Oregon. Using Prox means you agree to these terms. Anyone can browse deals with no account and no age limit. You must be 18 or older to create an account, post, pay, or use a referral code.

2. What Prox is

Prox is a place for local businesses to advertise live deals, openings, and specials. Prox is only an advertising board. We do not sell the goods or services, we are not a party to any deal, and we do not enforce, guarantee, or verify any offer.

3. Businesses own their posts

Each business is solely responsible for its posts being true, legal, and honored. Prox does not check who signs up or what they post. No illegal, misleading, adult, hateful, or infringing content. We may remove any post or account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

4. License to show posts

Businesses give Prox a free, worldwide license to display, copy, and share their posts and business info in the Prox app, on the website, and through partner apps and AI assistants (for example Muse), for as long as the post is live and a reasonable time after.

Public deal info (business name, post, location, hours) may be shown by Prox and by outside apps and AI assistants that use Prox's public deals feed.

5. Shoppers

Deals are offers from the business, not from Prox. Take any issue up with the business. Prox is not responsible for what happens when you visit a business.

6. Paid plan

First post is free and cannot be edited. The Business plan is $199 per year and AUTO-RENEWS every year until you turn it off. We send a reminder email before each renewal. You can turn off renewal anytime from the billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. No refunds for the current year, including if we remove your account for breaking these terms. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

7. Affiliates

Affiliates earn $90 for each referred business's first paid year, paid about 30 days after that payment clears. No commission is owed on refunded, disputed, or self-referred payments. We may change the program for future referrals with notice.

8. No guarantees

Prox is provided "as is" and "as available." The site may go down, be slow, lose data, or have errors. We do not promise any traffic, customers, or sales.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Prox and JT Nuns are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, or for anything a business or user does. Our total liability for anything is capped at the amount you paid Prox in the last 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.

10. You cover us

You agree to defend and pay for any claim against Prox caused by your posts, your business, or your breaking these terms.

11. Ending

You can stop using Prox anytime. We can suspend or end any account anytime.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Prox means you accept the update. Oregon law applies. Contact: proxadvertising@gmail.com.
