Delete your Prox account

Prox is run by PLOT TWIST LLC.

In the app

Open Profile, then Account, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

On the web

By email

Email proxadvertising@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you, then delete it, usually within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in, your profile, your shop and its posts, saved shops, referral codes, push tokens and connected-assistant logs.

What we keep

Billing and tax records we are required to keep, and standard hosting logs until they expire. If your shop has a plan, deleting your account cancels it right away and nothing more is charged. Anonymous view and tap counts are not linked to you.
