1. Who we are

Prox is run by JT Nuns. Contact: proxadvertising@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We collect your account email and sign-in info (including Google sign-in), business profile info, posts, optional social links, and referral codes. The Salem waitlist collects name, email, phone, and contact preference.

3. What is public

Business name, description, address, map location, posts, and social links are public on purpose.

4. Location

Shopper location is used on the device or request to find nearby deals and is not stored.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

6. Service providers

We use Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), and map apps when you tap directions. We do not sell personal info.

7. Email

We send waitlist and account emails. You can opt out anytime by replying or emailing proxadvertising@gmail.com. Renewal reminders are account emails.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

9. Kids

Anyone can browse Prox without an account, and browsing stores no personal info. Accounts are for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal info from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn of it.

10. Your choices

Ask to see or delete your info at proxadvertising@gmail.com.

We may update this policy and will change the date above.
