What is Prox?
Prox shows what nearby shops, food trucks and events are posting right now, closest first.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Anyone can browse the feed. You need an account to save shops or to post as a business.
How does Prox use my location?
If you allow it, your phone sends its location with each feed request to find nearby posts. We do not save shopper location to your profile. You can turn it off in your phone settings anytime.
How do I put my shop on Prox?
Create an account, name your shop, write your first post and tap Put it live. Start at proxgetlocal.app/post.
How do I report a post?
Open the post and tap Report. We review reports and remove posts that break the Terms.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, Account, Delete account. On the web: proxgetlocal.app/delete-account.
